To secure your appointment at Legal Beauty, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied towards your total service cost on the day of your appointment.
Deposit Policy: the 30% deposit is non - refundable and cannot be transferred to another appointment or service. This policy ensures your selected time slot is reserved specifically for you.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least, 48 hours in advance. If the appointment is canceled or rescheduled within this period, the deposit will be forfeited. Please note that no refunds will be issued for any deposits or payments made. For rescheduled appointments made outside of this period, the deposit will be applied to the new appointment.
Late arrivals: If you are late by 15 minutes, or more, to your appointment your deposit may be forfeited, and your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
